From April 22 until May 22 we are helping raise money and awareness for Forests Ontario and its 50 Million Tree Program.
Who are Forests Ontario?
Forests Ontario is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to re-greening the province through the support of tree planting, forest restoration, stewardship, education and awareness.
Forests Ontario’s 50 Million Tree Program
This registered Ontario charity and program has been supported by the Ontario Government and the Federal Canadian government, as well as many corporate and public donors. The main goal of the program is to plant 50 million trees in Ontario by 2025.
Forests Ontario has planted more than 29 million trees through the 50 Million Tree Program since 2008!
Why Do We Want to Support Them?
Planting Trees and building forests are really helpful to our environment and our society. Healthy forests help provide safe habitats for animals, capture harmful carbon emissions and also create sustainable recreational trails for people to walk in (such as hiking trails or scenic parks).
Forests Ontario specifically supports over 300 seasonable jobs during the year.

What is the Project?
From April 22 until May 22 we are partnering with Friendly Stranger to raise money and awareness for Forests Ontario and its 50 Million Tree Program.
During this period, Eco Four Twenty will donate a portion of our sales to the program.
