Shipping & Return Policies

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will be delivered via Canada Post. 

Orders placed on www.ecofourtwenty.com can be shipped to all provinces and territories in Canada. 

Once your order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.

Eco Four Twenty is not liable for lost packages when the shipping address is incorrectly provided at checkout.

DELIVERY RATES & LEADTIMES

All orders can take up to 5 business days to process before shipping out. Eco Four Twenty will do its best to ship out orders as soon as possible, but Eco Four Twenty is a small business that fulfills all order by hand, and with love, so we appreciate your patience.

Orders can take between 5 - 15 business days to arrive, not including processing times. 

For customers who are looking to get immediate, fast shipping such as same-day or next day delivery, you can support Eco Four Twenty by purchasing our products directly through Amazon Canada.

Return Policy

Your 60 day return period begins when your items are delivered. If you're not satisfied with the quality of product, we will issue you a full refund within 60 days of receipt of shipment.

We are only able to accept returns for items purchased either directly through our website or Amazon. For all complaints and/or returns please be prepared to provide an original receipt or Order ID from the purchase. 

Due to health and safety issues, we do not accept returns for any used Eco Four Twenty items. Any returned items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to you without refund. 

If you purchased Eco Four Twenty products at a Third-Party Retailer, please contact hi@ecofourtwenty.com for any issues. Please provide your original receipt from the Third-Party Retailer.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

Refund Process

Returns will be processed within 10 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer is responsible for the return*
